From Our Warehouse to Your Door

Because CTF Supply operates exclusively online, we’ve optimized our fulfillment process to be as fast as the gear we sell. We don’t have a retail storefront, which means our entire focus is on getting your order out the door and into the wild.

1. Order Tracking

Once your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Real-Time Updates: You can track your package directly through our site or via the carrier’s portal (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

  • Processing Status: "Unfulfilled" means we are currently picking and packing your gear. "Fulfilled" means it’s on the truck.

2. Pre-Trip Planning (Important!)

Planning a weekend trip? We recommend placing your order at least 8 business days in advance if using Standard Shipping. For last-minute lures or emergency tent stakes, please opt for Expedited Trail shipping at checkout.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for most lightweight items. Larger items (tents, rods, coolers) require a physical street address.

  • Hazardous Materials: Certain camping fuels or bear sprays can only be shipped via Ground and may take slightly longer to arrive.

  • International: At this time, CTF Supply only ships within [Country]. We hope to expand our trail map soon.
